Before the assessment starts

If payment was made by mistake and the assessment process has not yet started, please contact info@verifpol.com. We will review your request individually.

After the assessment starts

Once access to the assessment has been granted or the assessment process has started, the service is considered to have begun. Payments are generally non-refundable.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or completing the service, please contact info@verifpol.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access to the service again or offer another suitable solution.
